Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and a commitment to patient care excellence.
Duties
Assess and monitor patient health by conducting physical examinations and obtaining medical histories.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Educate patients and their families about health management, medications, and treatment options.
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent nursing degree.
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential for newly qualified nurses.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient care.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
