- Supporting adults with complex needs, implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with wider multi-disciplinary teams.
- Undertake strengths-based assessments under the Care Act.
- Complete functional assessments and recommend appropriate equipment and adaptations.
- Managing a varied caseload, including complex cases.
- Work collaboratively with social workers, housing teams, and health colleagues.
- Contribute to safeguarding processes where required.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Experience working within Adult Social Care in a local authority setting.
- Strong understanding of the Care Act and relevant legislation.
- Experience completing moving and handling assessments.

- Rate: £30–£50 per hour.
