Connect2SocialWork is looking for a Community Occupational Therapist for the County Supported Living and Residential Team to cover until March 31st, 2025.
About the Role and Team: The Community Services Team is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team. The role will involve completing OT assessments for people discharged to short-term beds from the acute hospital, to facilitate a timely return home.
Experience Required: Complex moving and handling. Good understanding of Community Equipment. Good understanding of environmental adaptations. Independent working.
Current registration with HCPC is essential. Current UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
Hourly Rate:
Up to £32ph (depending on experience)
