Our NHS prison based client, located in South West London, is looking for a Locum Pharmacist to join their team from January 2024 for an initial 2-3 months, with the possibility of part-time work (3-4 days per week). The role is dispensary-based and will involve screening and checking work—perfect for someone with a background in community pharmacy.
No previous prison experience or prison clearance is required—this role is open to community pharmacists who can work in a secure setting and are willing to undergo the necessary checks!
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing medications and checking work Screening prescriptions for accuracy Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient service Suitable for a community pharmacist with experience in dispensing and checking
Requirements:
Experience in community pharmacy is highly desirable No prison clearance or previous prison experience required Flexibility for part-time work (3-4 days per week)
