Locum Practice Nurse Role in Stevenage General Practice This practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering primary healthcare services, promoting health education, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Responsibilities: Conducting patient assessments and administering treatments under the guidance of medical practitioners. Assisting with chronic disease management and preventive care programs. Administering vaccinations and immunizations. Performing wound care, dressing changes, and other minor procedures. Conducting health screenings and providing health education to patients. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
