Immediate About the Role: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SHO General Paediatrics doctor to join our team on an ad-hoc locum basis across various hospitals in Northern Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain diverse paediatric experience while enjoying the flexibility of locum work. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to paediatric patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Assist in managing a variety of paediatric conditions under the supervision of senior consultants. Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency care as required. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for paediatric patients. Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and relevant guidelines. Requirements: Medical degree and full GMC registration. Completion of Foundation Training (F1/F2) or equivalent. Previous experience in paediatrics is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to cover various shifts, including weekends and nights.
