Logistics Co-Ordinator

to join our team in Clonee. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this position will be responsible for delivering an effective and timely logistics service. Please note that this position will be fully onsite initially. Key Responsibilities: To communicate with Suppliers regarding production and shipment. Organise container booking and transport. Preparation and co-ordination of documentation for export sea freight shipments. Proofread documents and make corrections as required. Book and track international delivery of documentation to our global partners. With guidance from the Logistics Manager, develop and maintain close working relationships with all key parties including Client, Suppliers, Service Providers, and other departments. Represent the Company to the client in a positive “can do” manner. To pro-actively look for ways to provide added-value service to our customers. Requirements: Must have 1-2 years experience in a similar role or experience in administration, documentation, or coordination. Have excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential. Excellent timekeeper able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative. Excellent attention to detail.
