Right Now Group are currently looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to work for our busy client based in Colnbrook.
The role will involve:
Handling AOG / Time sensitive shipments Export shipments via air, sea and road as per customer request (mostly with a bias towards airfreight) Collating airline documentation Ensure Airway bills are cut and completed in accordance with customers instructions Ensure customs documentation is in accordance with supplier instructions and rated correctly as per airlines regulations Pre alerts / post flights Completing quotes Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience using boxtop and CDS Some experience working on AOG's in an Export Department, in a Freight Forwarding Company Aerospace, shipping Aircraft Parts Must be able to work under pressure & tight deadlines Comfortable working on their own Excellent Customer Service skills Good time keeping / Attendance Computer literate Willing to cover opposite shifts holidays from time to time The ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be a car driver, due to location
Shift: 4 on 4 off 19:00 to 07:00
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000
Overtime available paid at time and a half and a company bonus scheme. #J-18808-Ljbffr
