They are specifically focused on the high-end rental market in central and south-west London. They are a small, friendly team of property professionals dedicated to delivering the best possible service and strive for excellence. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join their team. You’ll be the linchpin between clients, property inspectors, and the quality control team. This role involves managing bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling, and providing support for key accounts while maintaining the buzz and energy that defines their team culture. You will work with different clients and accounts depending on the team's needs at the time. Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage property visits, ensuring clear communication with clients and inspectors Serve as the point of contact for high-profile clients, supporting their needs and ensuring satisfaction Organize and optimize schedules for 35 property inspectors in the field, minimizing travel time and improving efficiency Act as a utility person to cover different accounts when team members are off and assist with overloaded schedules Ensure completed inspections are handed over to the quality control team promptly for review Qualifications:

Experience working in the property industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Fun, team-oriented personality Ability to balance multiple tasks at one time Hours:

9am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri), 5 x Sats a year (9am-3:30pm) Location:
