Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator/Manager to join their friendly and growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role that involves managing relationships, logistics, and processes. If you’re passionate about sustainability, detail-oriented, and eager to develop further within a growing organisation, this role could be an excellent fit.

Job Specification:

Build and maintain relationships with businesses and organisations to promote material reuse. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and calls. Accurately process invoices in a timely manner. Manage social media platforms and LinkedIn leads. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Prepare reports and maintain precise records. Coordinate drivers and labourers as needed. Work closely with Project Managers and the Managing Director to align logistics with project objectives. Log and input buyer data into the company database. Oversee material inventory, ensuring accurate descriptions and labelling. Manage the storage facility, ensuring materials are well-organised and properly logged. Person Specification:

Must have a driving license. Experience in the construction industry is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. Able to perform effectively under pressure. A true passion for sustainability and career development. Additional Information:
