Position Overview:

Logistics Manager Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Delivery Management system. Ensure all deliveries arriving on site are recorded in the system with scheduled arrival times. Manage skips and bins for waste disposal. Oversee all waste management on site, including sub-contractor waste. Issue clear-up notices to sub-contractors who do not maintain cleanliness in their areas. Utilize a computer competently to upload pictures/notices and issue relevant documentation. Collaborate closely with the project team and provide necessary information to the Main Contractor's QS team for contra charging. Attend management meetings with the main contractor site team and all sub-contractors. Manage all labor required for the site, including Gatemen, Traffic Marshalls, Forklift Drivers, General Labourers, and Handymen/Carpenters. Order additional staff as required. Logistics Management: Oversee waste management processes. Manage traffic on site. Ensure welfare facilities are adequately maintained. Supervise lifting operations.
