We are looking for a Logistics Lead with a track record of successful final mile carrier management and/or experience within a carrier to drive our 3PL relationships, improving performance and customer experience. Together with our final mile delivery partners, you will constantly look for opportunities to innovate and be more efficient. What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Manage relationships with our final mile 3PL’s with a focus on improving performance and overall customer experience.
  2. Work on initiatives to drive down systemic delivery errors in conjunction with our key suppliers and internal teams, with a strong focus on using data to drive actions.
  3. Work cross-functionally, representing the Logistics department whilst also supporting wider business initiatives that improve customer experience and retention.
  4. Independently analyse multiple sources of data to find root causes, validate assumptions, provide clear recommendations for improvement and monitor execution.
  5. Mitigate delivery risks (e.g. snow) to ensure minimal disruption to service.
  6. Identify and analyse trends in complex data sets.

Who You Are:

  1. You are data-driven with exceptional ability to understand complex problems and translate into achievable action plans.
  2. You have demonstrable experience working with or within a B2C carrier.
  3. Advanced experience with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  4. You are a confident decision-maker.
  5. You are a team player and always willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
  6. Experience working with perishable products is desirable.
  7. Experience with relationship management either with internal stakeholders or external suppliers.
  8. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualisation software is desirable.
  9. Knowledge of SQL is desirable.

Location:

The HelloFresh Farm, 60 Worship Street, EC2A 2EZ, London. We will also consider candidates from the Midlands.

Work Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday shift pattern, 40 hours per week. Hybrid working, 3 days required in the office.
