Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials through the supply chain, managing warehouse activities, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to analyse data to drive improvements. Responsibilities Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Manage warehouse activities with a focus on details. Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems to optimise storage capacity control. Conduct regular assessments of business processes to identify areas for improvement. Oversee the operation of forklifts and other material handling equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Analyse logistics data to inform decision-making and improve operational performance. Maintain accurate record-keeping and daily updates of relevant systems. Train and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture within the logistics department. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Experience in warehouse operations. Proficiency in data analysis skills for evaluating logistics performance metrics. Familiarity with category management strategies to optimise product flow. Ability to operate safely and efficiently. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing logistics processes. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous. Chinese speaking will be an advantage.
