Logistics Project Manager

to oversee complex projects, implement cost-saving initiatives, and lead a small, high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful projects while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics and supply chain projects within agreed timelines. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Align internal and external stakeholders on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Team Leadership and Line Management Manage and mentor a small team of logistics professionals, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company goals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture. Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities for team members. Conduct performance reviews and set clear objectives to support professional growth. Delegate tasks effectively and support team members in achieving their goals. What Are We Looking For?

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience: Demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain management, or project management. FMCG experience is preferred. Prior experience in team leadership or line management within a logistics setting is advantageous. Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Data analysis and trend identification to inform decision-making and drive improvements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
