As the leader of our Secondary Logistic Operation, you'll collaborate closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure seamless execution of customer orders, manage returns, handle destruction processes, and oversee local finances. Logistics Team Leader

Inspire and lead others with exceptional communication, organisational expertise and a proven ability to drive collaboration to achieve results. Finance Management:

Purchase ledger, journals and analyses data and creation of overhead budgets. KPI Excellence:

Produce and present monthly KPI reports, ensuring alignment with supply chain goals and engaging with key stakeholders. Order Fulfilment Mastery:

Guarantee seamless SAP order transmission to 3PL WMS, achieving 100% order fulfilment and resolving issues with 3PL and IT. Support & Optimize:

Assist the Logistics Manager in enhancing 3PL effectiveness and conduct monthly KPI reviews. Customer Satisfaction:

Address and resolve customer complaints related to transport and physical returns, ensuring top-notch logistics quality. Stock Management:

Oversee inventory, returns, and destruction processes, maintaining efficient stock management. Skills and Experience Required Elevate Your Career:
