Logistics Team Leader Are you a dynamic logistics professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking an experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our client's growing team and drive operational excellence across their supply chain operations. About the Logistics Team Leader Role: As the Logistics Team Leader, you'll oversee all aspects of the logistics operations, from warehouse management to shipping and inventory control. You'll lead a dedicated team while implementing strategic improvements to optimise supply chain efficiency. Key Responsibilities for the Logistics Team Leader: Supply Chain Operations

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and warehouse management. Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory levels and reduce working capital. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee regulatory compliance and maintain required documentation. Conduct regular audits and maintain quality standards.

Team Leadership

Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals. Set clear performance objectives and KPIs. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

Inventory Management

Optimise warehouse layout and storage systems. Implement effective inventory control measures. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories. Manage relationships with freight forwarders and shipping partners.

Qualifications and Experience Proven track record of implementing successful logistics strategies. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations. Experience with regulatory compliance and quality management systems. Experience in lean manufacturing environments. Knowledge of international shipping regulations.
