We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Logistics Team Leader to manage, oversee and streamline the logistics operations within our retail department. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver efficiency and accuracy, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products whilst delivering a high standard of customer service. Job Description The Logistics Team Leader will be responsible for the following Overseeing the entire logistics process, from the supply chain to the final delivery of products. Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency. Managing relationships with logistics partners and service providers. Solving any logistics-related issues or discrepancies. Coordinating with the retail team to ensure timely delivery of products. Implementing and maintaining logistics management systems and processes. Monitoring and reporting on logistics performance and metrics. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Logistics Team Leader should have: Proven track record of managing a team within a logistics department Proficiency in logistics management systems and processes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle high-stress situations and meet tight deadlines.
