Job Overview: Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Supply Chain Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the supply chain and logistics sectors, helping our clients to build high-performing teams that drive business success. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the supply chain sector. Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and organizational culture to make informed recruitment decisions. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding for successful candidates. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to offer insightful advice to clients and candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or related sectors. Strong understanding of supply chain functions, roles, and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment software and MS Office Suite. A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
