As the Logistics/Warehouse Team Leader you will:
Lead and Motivate:
Supervise and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Optimise Operations:
Streamline logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure the timely receipt and delivery of goods. Safety & Compliance:
Prioritise safety by adhering to all health and safety regulations, including managing dangerous goods and conducting risk assessments. Continuous Improvement:
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and participating in improvement projects. Customer Focus:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
Essential: Forklift Truck Licence (Counterbalance preferred) Proven experience in a warehouse/logistics environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
