LOLER Engineer focuses on repair of mewps in both workshop and mobile field settings across the hertfordshire and home counties area.

What the role involves

  • Repair of MEWPs in both workshop and mobile field settings across the Hertfordshire and Home Counties area.
  • Carrying out scheduled servicing, fault diagnosis.
  • Performing pre-delivery, pre-use, and statutory inspections in line with LOLER and PUWER requirements.
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults across a varied equipment fleet.
  • Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Repair records, and providing operator familiarisation to customers on safe MEWP use.

Skills and requirements

  • Support available for candidates with adjacent backgrounds.
  • Full clean driving licence required.

Confirmed role details

  • Up to £55,000 depending on experience.
  • 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 16:30.
  • CAP (Certified Access Professional) qualification funded.
