Work across the highest profile region with the most significant sales turnover to deliver and exceed targets through the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams. Coach and support in achieving productivity targets across the region. Inspire, educate, and coach the Guerlain team to deliver brand objectives. Consistently act as a brand ambassador to ensure effective communication of the brand values externally and internally through strong relationships with our retail partner.

Manage and take actions to achieve retail sales targets for all stores within the London region. Work alongside the education team and Retail Director in identifying and implementing coaching and development opportunities with all teams across the London region. Support the store teams through coaching and feedback to ensure the creation of appropriate monthly activity plans focusing on phasing vs last year and maximizing new opportunities. Build strong and lasting relationships with retail partners across all stores within the region. Monitor and manage Business and Account Managers across the London region through regular store visits and business reviews, ensuring complete representation of the brand through standards of grooming, customer service, merchandising, product knowledge, and event planning and execution, thus identifying key areas for development. Monitor staffing levels per store to ensure productivity is at its most efficient. Identify, communicate, and follow up on any stock issues to ensure all sales are maximized. Effectively manage the store teams to ensure full operational compliance across areas such as web reporting and store communication. Ensure the effective recruitment, development, and retention of key talent across the region through the appropriate implementation of company people management initiatives (approximately 30 team members including Business/Account Managers and Beauty Consultants). Ensure company standards and brand values are respected at all times. Present seasonal and new lines on a quarterly basis to Independent retailers.

Profile Results driven Strong and natural leader with the ability to coach Proven management experience in a fast-paced environment Capability to build, develop, and motivate highly skilled sales individuals Understand the importance of delegation to direct reports Ability to be both proactive and reactive as required Minimum of 3 years' experience in a field management role, ideally with central London experience

Key Competencies/Technical Skills Ability to drive team through strong coaching skills Managing vision and purpose Proven negotiation and influencing skills to recruit people and secure space in store for activity as required Strong communication skills, ability to set targets, communicate, and review performance vs expectations within your team Competent IT skills (Lotus Notes and MS Office) Strong organizational skills
