Lead a team of enthusiastic members of staff working on complex and high-risk buildings. Manage Principal Building Control Surveyors (x2), Building Control Surveyors (x6), Building Control Trainee (x1), Building Control Apprentice (x1), and Building Control Engineer (Structures). Ensure compliance with the BSR guidance and achieve Level D Competence in relation to Law, Technology, Building Services, Functions, and Activities for Plans Assessment, Enforcement Inspections, and Enforcement Management & Core Skills, Safety Management, and Ethics. Salary: £39,264 - £47,040 (£49,083 unconsolidated maximum) plus a Market Supplement of £5K per annum. About the Borough
This role attracts a Market Supplement of £5k paid over 12 months and is subject to review. Minimum Requirements
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with comprehensive experience in the Building Control sector.
