London Continuity of Care Data Manager - HMP Pentonville and HMP Belmarsh
Annual salary £33,085 including London Weighting.
About the Role: Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Continuity of Care Data Manager for our secure substance use services at HMP Pentonville and HMP Belmarsh. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative support to the prison based Phoenix teams and acting as a single point of contact for enquiries from other professionals and internal/external organisations concerning continuity of care from prison to the community. This role will be based at HMP Pentonville and covering attendance at HMP Belmarsh as well. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great data processing IT skills, with clear and effective communication both verbally and written. This will include arranging and coordinating regular meetings with community substance use teams to ensure data quality and integrity across all referrals. The applicant must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience of using SystmOne would be desirable as well as National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) reporting knowledge.
