How does an automotive OEM need to reconfigure their electronic development to drive the best user experience in the market? How can a global packaging company become the leader in sustainability? What we are looking for: To further strengthen its global and sectoral footprint, L.E.K. Consulting is committed to significantly expanding its market presence in Europe, with a particular focus in Industrials. We are now looking for established, entrepreneurial Consultants and Managers to join the existing team. L.E.K. intends to reinforce its strong sector positions in Industrial Equipment & Technology, Building & Construction, and Packaging, and are keen to develop a stronger presence in adjacent segments, e.g., Energy, Automotive, and Chemicals. L.E.K. is also keen to explore historically underserved segments such as large Mittelstand businesses. L.E.K. seeks highly motivated, creative, and entrepreneurial candidates with proven experience, who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities, and uncompromising ethics. Specific skills: Outstanding academic achievement 3 - 8+ years of relevant strategy consulting experience in the Industrials sector Additional corporate experience in the industrial or Private Equity Industry is also appreciated Strong communication skills, alongside demonstrated teamwork & leadership Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills combined with proven expertise in strategy consulting approaches Proven experience in mentoring and coaching people in multiple dimensions including analytical skills, project management, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills Numerically literate, strong excel skills, and comfortable with data interrogation and reporting Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development and quality control of analysis Fluency in German and English, additional languages are advantageous Diversity and inclusion at L.E.K.
