Experience of project management in an Estates environment, or Buildings, Environment with Good Stakeholder Management (S&I) Good Administration ability including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (S&I) Ability to interpret, develop and alter simple technical drawings (S&I) Ability to develop reports on project progress, project financial status and risk logs (S&I) Experience of contract management including working to specifications in contracts, variation processes, governance processes (S&I) You will be committed to a diverse and inclusive approach to work in the geosciences (S&I) Degree in either Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Environmental, or Sustainability, relevant apprenticeship or suitable experience (S&I) Experience with condition surveys and building improvement/refurbishment projects (S&I) Experience of working within a research environment (S&I) Experience of Contractor Management (S&I) CAD experience (S&I) How to apply
