Oliver James are partnered with a high performing insurer & re-insurer in the expansion of their longevity pricing team. The firm is already far exceeding their 2025 ambitions and are currently receiving so many requests for quotations they are having to turn work down. The team is looking for 5 additional hires to support their longevity pricing function.
Candidates from a pensions background are of interest for these roles.
Preferably candidates will have experience with:
De-risking transactions, buy ins, buy outs, longevity swaps, wind ups An understanding of longevity is preferred Candidates progressing with exams at a faster rate are preferred The team will support those transitioning from pensions roles and have successfully done this for several high performers on the team already. Over time this role will enable you to take the lead on large scale projects. A lot of the work is off the back of the ever growing BPA market which is only due to continue its growth in 2025.
