We are currently seeking an experienced Loss Adjuster, Lawyer or Claims Adjuster to join us in a key position within our Financial Lines team. Key Responsibilities

Receive and acknowledge new claims and manage these in a timely and professional fashion. Undertake visits and meetings with Insurers, Reinsurers, Brokers, Claimants, Insureds and other interested parties in the UK and worldwide when required. Prepare reports, commenting in detail on all aspects of the claim including legal and policy liability considerations, potential quantum and future actions. Instruct and control third party experts as necessary. Communicate regularly with all interested parties during the lifetime of each assignment. Calculate and agree settlement of claims and prepare accurate final reports. Assist in developing the existing Financial Lines business for current clients and identify and bring in new business, in conjunction with the key adjusters/leadership, and to build new relationships and networks both internally and externally. Identify key Business Development and marketing opportunities in the Financial Lines area and with support, manage these to successful conclusion. Where required, assist in the training, development and mentoring of other members of the team and clients. Carry out Ad Hoc duties and tasks that are allocated to you at the discretion of management and that are within your capabilities and within the scope of your post. Experience of working either as a Loss Adjuster, Lawyer or Claims Adjuster within the Financial Lines claims arena. Accustomed to writing comprehensive reports for stakeholders on claims being handled. Have the appetite to continually develop your professional skills.
