What are my accountabilities?

Manage a portfolio of domestic property claims from first advice to settlement; Determine extent and cause of loss via the most effective, efficient and client and customer-focused method of investigation; Deliver loss adjusting services that meet or exceed the service standards required by the client; Project manage the rectification, remediation or re-instatement of damaged property; Deliver an exceptional claims experience by working collaboratively and constructively with support colleagues. About you

Previous domestic property adjusting experience; Proven ability to manage complaints and disputed claims when required; An understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations; Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Caring Counts
