Inthis role, you will:● Mitigate the risk of malicious harm to Partners and Customers;● Manage shrinkage performance within budget and risk appetite.You will play a key role in a John Lewis branch, by investigating trendsand reporting on key themes, thoroughly investigating shrinkage to protectour profit. You'll protect your fellow Partners and customers, patrollingthe shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV for signs ofsuspicious behaviour.The role will address all aspects of Shrinkage, including, though notexclusive to, external and internal dishonesty, procedural failure, andadministrative error within the John Lewis Partnership.You will need to be confident and reassuring to be able to de-escalateconflict situations in the branch professionally.
