The Rates & Credit Suite of Applications is used daily by Fixed Income Traders and Middle Office Globally. These systems provide for all needs of Traders: providing liquidity to 10+ world's biggest multi-dealer platforms, receive and handle clients' trading requests to execute trades, capture and service the trades through their sometimes 50-year life cycle. Product range is wide - starting from Bonds, extending to REPO, IRS and ending with Exotic Portfolios. Dealing with complex financial products, we build these systems with a traceability and recoverability in mind.

As a Java Engineer, you will be involved in the development of one of our next generation platforms for Rates & Credit Trading business and aims to be highly innovative and market-leading in its features.

Your key responsibilities:

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices. Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues. Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Participating in Agile/Scrum processes, contributing to planning, estimation, and sprint retrospectives. Your skills and experience:

Extensive core Java development experience with strong understanding of multi-threading and concurrency. Good understanding of building Rest, WebSocket & GRPC Protocols. Good knowledge of low-latency design & networking concepts. Experience with high-performance messaging systems. Good understanding of Apache Camel. Working experience of Bash scripting/Linux and with another programming language such as C# or Python. How we'll support you:
