Join our Sales and Marketing team as a Loyalty and CRM Marketing Executive, where you'll support customer retention, drive travel across our network, and enhance the overall customer experience. Reporting to the Senior Loyalty and CRM Manager, you'll play a key role in executing campaigns that engage customers and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of impactful Loyalty and CRM marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Loyalty programme to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive successful campaigns.
  • Create compelling campaign content and monitor performance metrics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support programme objectives.
  • Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights to optimise future efforts.
  • Ensure compliance and obtain necessary approvals for all campaign materials.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong marketing background with proven experience in CRM and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights to inform campaign strategies.

Location & Working Pattern?

Based at The Point, Paddington, with flexibility for home working. Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week.

Occasional event attendance may require working during non-standard hours. Travel to various locations on and off our network may be required on an ad hoc basis.
