Residential Nursing - Part Time/Evenings LPN $31.75 / RN $39.25 hour Schedule: Saturday 3pm-11pm / Monday 7pm-11pm / Wednesday 7pm-11pm and Friday 7pm-11pm People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN/RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN/RN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care. Responsibilities: Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights. Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans. Utilize de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain safety. Requirements: MA state valid LPN license or RN License A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are required. A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.
