Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for a rewarding opportunity in Colchester? We are seeking a versatile LSA 1:1 for a Year 6 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to join our supportive team in secondary schools, starting immediately. Full-time In this role, the LSA 1:1 will work closely with the Year 6 pupil, assisting them in their learning journey and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You will be responsible for implementing personalised learning plans, encouraging independence, and fostering a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an LSA 1:1, you will collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure that the pupil receives the best possible educational experience. Your ability to adapt to the pupil's unique learning style and provide emotional support will be key in helping them achieve their goals.
