in Somerset who support children aged between 5 - 18 years who may have come from a background of trauma, autism or learning disabilities, have EHCP and have not managed at mainstream School.
You'll be involved with the planning and preparation of activities for students, supporting with lessons, accessing education, and progressing. You'll be responsible for encouraging these students to participate and grow. You'll do this by being enthusiastic and being patient and caring for those who are struggling and helping them meet their full potential and have the best life chances. About you You'll need experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant, Be great at working in a team Be patient and naturally empathetic Have a full UK driving licence What you'll get Amazing CPD and training Working with a team that is committed to the highest standards and provides Outstanding SEN provision.
