Tradewind Cardiff is delighted to be working with primary schools in Caerphilly, providing them with top-quality short and long-term staffing solutions. We are currently seeking enthusiastic Welsh-speaking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team and support children in their educational journey.

What Does a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Do?

As an LSA, you will play a vital role in: Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need extra help with their learning. Assisting with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment. Encouraging children to develop their confidence, skills, and independence. Supporting pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusivity in the classroom. This is a rewarding role that allows you to make a real impact on young learners' lives. No two days are the same, and every moment is an opportunity to inspire and be inspired!

We're looking for candidates who: Are fluent in Welsh (essential). Are passionate about working with children and making a difference. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Are reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Classroom experience is not essential! If you have transferable skills or experience (e.g., working with children in other settings, coaching, mentoring, or youth work), we strongly encourage you to apply.
