What You’ll Be Doing Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively. Assisting teachers with the delivery of tailored learning plans designed to meet individual needs. Using the school’s intervention rooms and wellbeing resources to support students in a calm and focused setting. Collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
