Bucks Pay Range 1B.6, £23,297 pro rata, per annum We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and hardworking team at a thriving Infant and Preschool setting. This is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within the classroom, in small groups, and individually. Working collaboratively to ensure the progress and well-being of all pupils. Demonstrating patience, understanding, and a positive approach to all aspects of learning support. What We're Looking For: A commitment to supporting children in achieving their best. Creativity, flexibility, and an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
