Role Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. In this role, you will support students with SEMH, autism, anxiety, and trauma-related needs, offering personalised assistance to help them navigate challenges and achieve success in their education. Key Responsibilities:

Work one-to-one or with small groups of students to provide tailored support. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Develop positive relationships with students to build trust and encourage progress. Support students in managing their emotions and behaviours through proactive strategies. Promote social, emotional, and academic development in line with individualized education plans (IEPs). Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. Liaise with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student support. Monitor and document progress, providing regular feedback to the teaching team. Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude. A proactive and flexible approach to supporting students' individual needs. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) are advantageous. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one). What We Offer:
