Long-term contract What You ll Be Doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN Assisting in creating an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment Supporting students with their individual learning needs, building their confidence and skills Helping with tailored interventions and activities that make learning fun and accessible Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to ensure the best outcomes for every child What We re Looking For: Experience with SEN

(ideally in a school setting) A

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

(or equivalent) A caring, patient, and approachable attitude you ll need to be ready to provide emotional and educational support A passion for helping children achieve their full potential, no matter their challenges Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt to different learning needs Why Join Us?
