I'm proud to be supporting the recruitment for an amazing OUTSTANDING School in Somerset who support children aged between 5 - 18 years who may have come from a background of trauma, autism or learning disabilities, have EHCP and have not managed at mainstream School. You'll be involved with the planning and preparation of activities for students, supporting with lessons, accessing education, and progressing. You'll be responsible for encouraging these students to participate and grow. You'll do this by being enthusiastic and patient, caring for those who are struggling, and helping them meet their full potential and have the best life chances. About You
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant Ability to work well in a team Patience and natural empathy Full UK driving licence What You'll Get
