One of our outstanding schools who are dedicated to supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant. We provide a nurturing environment where every student is valued. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH needs in academic and personal development Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with challenging behaviour Collaborate with staff to create a positive learning environment Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent Experience with mental health issues and challenging behaviour Strong understanding of SEMH needs and support strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm and patient in challenging situations Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Why Join Us?
