Seeking an LSA with Care background! Do you want to make a difference? • Do you love working with children or vulnerable adults and have a passion for special needs? • Do you have a social care background? • Or even had personal experience supporting SEND? If so, then this is the role for you. Protocol Education is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Braintree. You will be joining a great team that predominantly works with children who have a variety of special needs, including MLD, SLD, ASD, and PMLD. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary! Training in First Aid, Manual Handling, and Hoisting would be desirable. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build strong relationships and rapport with individual children, is important. This is a long-term, full-time position, so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
