The role of the LSA is to provide support to both the class teacher and the students, assisting pupils both academically and pastorally across their school day. For this reason, the chosen candidate will be suitably qualified and/or experienced.
The school are looking for someone who is confident, dedicated and excels with working with children.
The role will consist of:
Providing tailored support with working with children and SEN Creating a safe environment that allows children to have fun, learn and succeed Academic support on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assisting the teacher
The ideal candidate:
Someone who can demonstrate the necessary nurturing qualities required to work closely with SEN children Ideally with previous experience caring for those with additional needs Teaching Assistant qualification is ideal but not essential
Position Details:
Location - WS7 Position - Learning Support Assistant Contract Type - Temporary Minimum Daily Rate of pay - GBP 98+ Hours - 8.30am - 3.30pm (Term Time only) Monday - Friday Start Date - ASAP
