£35,000-£40,000 DOE Working hours:

Monday – Saturday, 40 hours per week across 5 days which will include up to 3 Saturdays per month. About us: Beretta is the world’s oldest firearms manufacturer. It is housed in a beautiful historical building, showcasing the full range of Beretta products, a luxury collection of sport and country clothing and accessories, and exquisite gifts. We are looking for a Luxury Clothing and Accessories Manager to manage our shop floor sales team and promote the brand. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development:

Supervise, lead and motivate the team, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service and work effectively as a team. Visual Merchandising:

Ensure our brand presentation of our clothing and accessories attracts customer attention and drives revenue. Cash Handling:

Action day-to-day discrepancies, responsible for handling till cashing up process, managing the POS system and cash register. Problem Solving:

Act as a Senior point of contact for team guidance, client returns, refunds and complaints. Stock Management:

Coordinate with the Procurement Stock Co-Ordinator to ensure the shop floor is always maintained with the latest season's collection. Training and Development:

Recruit, train, and guide the team in line with company policies, ensuring a high-performance culture and development of the team. Day to Day Operation:

Maintain our flagship high standards of customer service and appearance of the shop floor including cleanliness, delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.
