Offering up to £28,000 plus commission, with additional benefits, you will be the face of the brand, providing an unforgettable shopping experience to customers. Whilst providing an engaging and luxurious experience to customers, you will be working with an extensive range of product categories, which will allow you to showcase your brand knowledge and passion for beauty and fashion.
The Role:
Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming demeanour.
Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Maintain an immaculate store environment, including merchandising and stock management.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated on brand products, features, and industry trends.
Handle customer complaints and returns with grace and efficiency.
About You:
Previous experience in Luxury Fashion sales roles, with a strong knowledge of the industry.
Elevated level of customer service.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of people.
Able to demonstrate a proactive approach.
Experience and knowledge gained in working for luxury brands.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Proven experience in clientelling.
