As the Manager of Learning Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our learning content, overseeing the creation of innovative and engaging learning solutions that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who values creativity, quality, and client success. In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery, foster long-term client partnerships, and continuously enhance OTG's learning content offerings. You will also be instrumental in guiding and developing a talented team of content creators, empowering them to excel in their professional growth. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing internal team, fostering engagement, productivity, and continuous growth. Ensure the team has the necessary skills and resources to succeed. Requirement Understanding:
Collaborate with the research team and Product Manager to fully understand learning needs and objectives. Build and maintain strong industry relationships to immerse in expert insights and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience Design:
Oversee the design and development of engaging learning experiences tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with client goals and OTG’s capabilities. Project Management:
Manage learning experience projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and efficient budget use. Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, product management, and the broader design team to ensure cohesive support for learning initiatives. Training and Knowledge Transfer:
Develop and deliver training content for clients and internal teams. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for enhancing learning experiences and methodologies. Documentation:
Prepare detailed documentation, including project plans, reports, and client communications. Market Awareness:
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Recommended to bring on board:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field. Professional Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in learning experience or a related field, with demonstrated experience in team and project management. Core Competencies:
Strong instructional design and learning experience development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
