Lymphoedema-Tissue Viability Nurse - Band 6 Part time - 30 hours per week An exciting opportunity has arisen for a specialist nurse/practitioner within the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema Service. The post-holder will work collaboratively with the Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema team to provide a high quality, patient-focused service for patients presenting with Lymphoedema/chronic oedema and/or Tissue Viability issues. This will involve active participation in complex patient assessment and management and teaching both on a one-to-one basis, to groups and on formal study days. The post holder will join a small team of motivated, passionate clinicians. They will support the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and use data to manage caseloads and monitor KPIs and clinical outcomes.
