Lynx are working with a successful MSP based in the Watford area are looking for a 1st Line Technical Analyst to join their 1st Line team. The ideal 1st Line Technical Analyst is someone who has been working at a 1st Line support capacity for roughly 2-3 years and now looking to progress in to a role where they can develop their skills and also gain further Microsoft certifications. Key Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years working in a 1st Line role Someone who is keen to gain certifications Office365 experience Azure Exposure Microsoft Entra experience Excellent communication skills The role is 4 days a week in the office and 1 day from home. This will be after you 6 months probation. The salary is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. If this role is of interest, please send me your CV ASAP.
