About the Role:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and contracts for our client’s construction projects. Your responsibilities will include: Cost Management:
Assisting in estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenses. Contract Administration:
Administering contracts, including variations, claims, and payments. Risk Assessment:
Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to cost, time, and quality. Collaboration:
Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. M&E Advantage:
While not essential, a basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems would be advantageous. What We Offer:
