We are looking for a M365/ Infrastructure Engineer to work within the public sector.

About the role:
You will be responsible for providing project support across the full infrastructure environment as the M365 SME.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidates will have an extensive M365/ Infrastructure Engineering background, with the following skills/experience: Experience working as a senior/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer on Microsoft Technologies in a similar scale environment. Experience using ITSM tools and a strong understanding of ITSM (ITIL) best practices. Experience of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP & WSUS. Experience of provisioning, managing & maintaining VMs (VMWare). Experience of working in a DevOps Environment.
